[I like it that Mr Scarrow let Liam and Rashim end their lives as middle-aged men. I picked up this book randomly and enjoyed it so much that I will have to track down the earlier books. February 7th 2013 I particularly liked the ending of this book as it brought out the humanity of this group of time tripping watch dogs. He smiled. It was really, really good. The book is fast and the chapters keep you wanted to read the next to see how the Time Riders will get out of the problems they face. I thoNow that was a fine piece of fiction! That was the first Big Problem we should’ve fixed…and we didn’t. I believe The Big Die Off will not be an end for us. It was a departure from the usual format which, whilst I probably would have preferred more actual time travel, was most likely much-needed to save the series from becoming too samey.
